1. Eligibility and acceptance

2. Nature of the service
TK Shop provides the TK Shopping marketplace, seller-management and support tools. A seller account does not create an employment relationship, salary entitlement or guaranteed source of income. Any examples of past performance are illustrative only; actual results vary and may be zero.
This website does not currently collect real-money deposits, payment-card payments or cash withdrawals. Wallet, order and settlement figures are operational ledger or demonstration records unless a separate written agreement clearly states otherwise. Do not transfer money solely because of a chat message.
3. Accounts and registration
- Provide accurate information and keep your login and withdrawal PIN confidential.
- Do not share accounts, impersonate another person or use temporary or unauthorised identities.
- Store applications may be reviewed, approved, rejected or suspended for safety or compliance reasons.
- You are responsible for checking the details shown before confirming any action.
4. Orders and seller records
Order, delivery and settlement statuses are displayed for operational tracking. Sellers must review each order and any clearly displayed obligation before processing it. If information is unclear or inconsistent, stop and contact the official support channel. Do not pay a personal bank account or an unverified contact.
5. WhatsApp communications
If you initiate a WhatsApp conversation or clearly opt in, we may reply and provide relevant registration or support follow-ups. Send STOP to stop automated follow-ups. Service messages such as replies you request may still be sent when necessary.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for fraud, misleading claims, spam, harassment, malware, unauthorised access, scraping, resale of accounts or violation of another person’s rights. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, the service or comply with law.
7. Brands and content
Product names, logos and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. You may not imply an official endorsement or partnership unless you have written authorisation.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but interruptions and errors may occur. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, business results or profit.
9. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable Malaysian law. We may update them when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
