Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of information connected to your WhatsApp conversation or TK Shopping account by following the steps below.

How to submit a request

  1. Open the same WhatsApp conversation that you previously used to contact TK Shopping.
  2. Send the exact words DELETE MY DATA.
  3. If you also have a seller account, include the registered email address and store name. Do not send your password or withdrawal PIN.
  4. We may ask you to confirm limited account information from the same WhatsApp number so that another person cannot delete your records without permission.

Alternatively, email [email protected] with the subject TK Shop Data Deletion Request. We will still verify the request before deleting records.

What happens next

After verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise the WhatsApp contact profile, conversation records and account information that are not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. We aim to complete a valid request within 30 days and will confirm when it is completed.

Stopping messages without deleting an account

Send STOP in the WhatsApp conversation. This records a do-not-contact choice and stops automated follow-ups. You may later send START if you want to opt in again.

Never send your password, withdrawal PIN, one-time verification code or payment-card information with a deletion request.

  4. 为防止他人冒充，我们可能通过同一个 WhatsApp 号码核对少量账户资料。

核实后，我们会删除或不可逆匿名化不再需要的 WhatsApp 联系资料、聊天记录和账户资料。因法律、 安全、防欺诈或争议处理必须保留的记录除外。我们目标是在 30 天内完成有效申请并通知你。

如果只想停止自动跟进而不删除账户，请发送 STOP。

  2. Hantar perkataan tepat: DELETE MY DATA.
  3. Jika anda mempunyai akaun penjual, sertakan e-mel berdaftar dan nama kedai. Jangan hantar kata laluan atau PIN.
  4. Kami mungkin mengesahkan maklumat terhad melalui nombor WhatsApp yang sama untuk mengelakkan penyamaran.

Selepas pengesahan, kami akan memadam atau menganonimkan secara kekal data WhatsApp, rekod perbualan dan maklumat akaun yang tidak lagi diperlukan.
